Privacy notice
This notice covers personal data processed through this website. It does not cover data processed inside a customer's own Salesforce org — CS Motion is an embedded Salesforce application and does not store customer records outside that org.

What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not add applicants to a newsletter.
Who processes it for us
- Salesforce — pilot applications are delivered into our own Salesforce org as leads.
- PostHog — product analytics, EU hosting.
- Our hosting provider — serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Pilot applications and related correspondence: for the duration of the conversation and up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick a discussion back up. Analytics: up to 12 months. Anything you ask us to delete: removed within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to team@csmotion.io and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Product analytics, when enabled, stores a first-party identifier so repeat visits are not counted as new visitors. Blocking it in your browser does not affect any functionality of this site.
Terms of use
These terms govern use of csmotion.io. They are not the pilot or subscription agreement; those are agreed separately in writing.
The content on this site
Descriptions of CS Motion on this website are provided for information. The product is in active development, and functionality, plan limits and availability may change. Interface images on this site are illustrative mockups, not screenshots of the shipped product, and are labelled as such wherever they appear. Nothing on this website is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date.

Comparisons with other Customer Success platforms reference publicly available pricing and positioning at the time of writing and are given for orientation. This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Estonian law, CSMotion OÜ is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information published here. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
Estonian law applies. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are heard by Harju County Court, Estonia.
